We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription.
If you are not satisfied with our software or services, you may request a full refund within this period.


2. No Refunds After 180 Days

After the 180-day period has passed, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.


3. How to Request a Refund

  • Payment transaction ID or order number

  • The reason for your refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.


5. Partial Refunds

If you have accessed or used our service for a partial period, your refund may be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on your usage.
