At Zenixipt, we are dedicated to providing a secure, transparent, and seamless payment experience for all our customers.
By subscribing to the Zenixipt SaaS platform, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments securely through PayPal, which supports the following options:

  • PayPal balance

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Debit cards linked through PayPal

2. Transaction & Activation Process

  • Subscription Activation:
    Once payment is completed successfully, your Zenixipt SaaS subscription will be activated immediately.
    You will receive a confirmation email containing your login credentials, access details, and setup instructions.

  • Currency:
    All transactions are processed in GBP or USD, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

  • Invoices:
    A payment confirmation and invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction.


3. Payment Terms

  • Recurring Payments:
    Zenixipt operates on a subscription model, billed either monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.
    Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

  • Cancellations:
    You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
    To cancel, please email us at contact@zenixipt.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
    Note: We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.


4. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

  • Refund Policy:
    We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee from the activation date of your subscription.
    If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please contact our support team within this period at contact@zenixipt.com to request a full refund.
    After 180 days, refunds will no longer be available.

  • Dispute Resolution:
    Should you experience any payment or subscription issues, please reach out to us directly at contact@zenixipt.com before initiating a dispute.
    Our team is committed to resolving your concerns quickly and professionally.

  • Chargebacks:
    If a PayPal chargeback is initiated, access to your Zenixipt SaaS account may be temporarily suspended or terminated until the matter is resolved.
    We encourage customers to contact us first to prevent unnecessary service interruptions.


5. Security

All payments are processed via PayPal’s secure and encrypted system.
PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program helps ensure that your payment is safe in the event of unauthorized activity.

6. Taxation

Depending on your billing address, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added during checkout.
The final amount displayed at the time of payment includes all applicable charges.
