Q: Is there a physical product being shipped? A: No. Zenixipt provides purely digital services (software). There is no physical shipping involved. You will receive access to the platform via email.

Q: How do I receive my account access? A: Once your payment is confirmed, our system generates your login credentials and license key. You will receive an email with these details within 1 to 8 hours. If you haven’t received it within 8 hours, please check your spam folder or contact support.
